Stuvik and Saravia secured front row for RP Motorsport on Sunday. Tereschenko (Campos Racing) will start third alongside Janosz (RP Motorsport). Palou could not improve his 7th place
Sandy Stuvik (RP Motorsport) looks unrivalled at Spa-Francorchamps, at least in qualifying. Second pole position - in a foggy Q2- for the Thai driver, winner yesterday, and getting another extra point. Stuvik has clocked a time of 2:15.023 this morning, almost equaling his pace yesterday, and has beaten his teammate Andrés Saravia to pole position. Outstanding result for the Guatemalan driver, who could achieve his second podium here.
Konstantin Tereschenko (Campos Racing) has qualified third and Artur Janosz (RP Motorsport) fourth. Yu Kanamaru (Emilio de Villota Motorsport) will start from the third row alongside Yarin Stern (Team West-Tec). Alex Palou (Campos Racing) placed 7th on the grid. To highlight that six drivers (Saravia, Tereschenko, Janosz, Kanamaru, Stern and Palou) were separated by less than three tenths.
