Poland´s driver finished ahead of Konstantin Tereschenko (Campos Racing) and his teammates at RP Motorsport, Andrés Saravia and Sandy Stuvik
Artur Janosz (RP Motorsport) has got a good start in the Euroformula Open round in Jerez, as he has finished on top after three free practice sessions held at the Andalusian track. Janosz, at the moment leading the series, has posted a lap of 1:38.525 with his Dallara F312 in FP1. His lap time has beaten by one tenth of a second Konstantin Tereschenko´s time, second in the timesheets for Campos Racing. Hot weather conditions (28ºC) have got worse throughout the day and lap times increased by several tenths.
Andrés Saravia (RP Motorsport), setting very quick lap times, finished third and his teammate Sandy Stuvik was forth. Team West-Tec duo Cameron Twynham and Yarin Stern were fifth and sixth respectively and Alex Palou (Campos Racing) ended 7th. Wei Fung Thong (Team West-Tec), John Simonyan (RP Motorsport) and Nici Pohler (Team West-Tec) rounded off the top-ten. The drivers in the top-12 finished separated by less than a second.
It is remarkable the absence of Damiano Fioravanti and his car of Corbetta Competizioni is driven by Constantino Peroni this time. The sessions were carried out without accidents.
